Mahoning Twp Police responded to Elm Street in reference to a suspicious person who was seen walking randomly in the back yards of several residences. Officers arrived on scene and encountered defendant Millard who was engaging in erratic behavior. During the encounter, Millard made several furtive movements and became combative. Once he was subdued, a search of his person uncovered suspected methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.
Millard was taken into custody and charged with the resisting arrest and drug related offenses.
